I wonder why my computer shows all the formatting language on your messages now? No picture of Gracie either.

Hope you had a happy birthday! Retroactive happy birthday!

It's always fun to travel to NOLA via Gamers for Humanity, and it sounds like you had a good time with your constructive destruction.

Ahhh, crayfish! Nothing quite like them! Hope your hands heal quickly.

More interesting info! We had a guy visiting us who was suffering from hemochromatosis and he wanted a handicap sticker for his car. He told me this right after he bragged about walking two miles every morning. I guess he was offended when my response was a blank look and a "why?"

People are puzzling, aren't they?

For sure, file that under scary crap! One of my nursing classmates wrote that her son got thrown from his motorcycle (wearing his state of the art helmet) without which he'd be a dead man. He suffered a brain shear injury and short term memory loss.

Apparently he struck a black dog on the road which sent him flying. This was back in October and he's probably doing well now, but she said it was, as you say, an awful shock for everyone.

the advertising industry is targeting 12 year-olds, at least as far as mental capability/capacity/intelligence. at least, that's what the were doing back in the 60's...it might be even lower now.
